These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of optencis.com, the Optencis tools and the Optencis Telegram bot (together, the “Site”), operated by Optencis (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
In short: Optencis publishes information, education and trading tools. It is not a broker, does not hold your money and does not give investment advice. If you ask it to, it can open trades on your Pocket Option account, on demo by default, and you can stop this at any time. Binary options are high-risk products and you can lose all the money you invest. We earn commissions from the broker Pocket Option when people register through our links. Read our Risk Disclosure before trading.
1. Who can use the Site
You may use the Site only if:
- you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher;
- you do not live in, and are not using the Site from, a country where binary options or the services described on the Site are prohibited or restricted for you. This includes, among others, the countries of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and Israel. This list is not exhaustive and laws change: it is your responsibility to check the rules that apply to you.
The Site is not an offer or solicitation in any country where it would be unlawful. You must not use a VPN or other means to get around restrictions we put in place.
2. Information only, not advice
Everything on the Site (articles, news, analyses, explanations, Wire ideas, signals, tools, bot messages, and anything else we publish) is general information and education. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or an invitation to buy or sell any financial product. It does not take into account your situation, your objectives or your finances. This remains true when you ask the Site to open trades for you: you choose to follow the signals, and the Site only carries out what you set.
We cross-check our content against recognised financial sources, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Markets move fast and information can become outdated within minutes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences. If you need advice, consult an independent, properly licensed professional.
3. We are not a broker
We do not hold client funds, open trading accounts or offer any financial product. Trading accounts are opened directly with a broker, under the broker’s own terms. When you link your account (section 6), we only pass on to the broker the trade orders you authorised; the broker executes them, on your account and under its own terms. Any dispute about your trading account, deposits, withdrawals or the execution of trades is between you and the broker.
4. Affiliate relationship and conflict of interest
We are an affiliate of the broker Pocket Option. When you register with Pocket Option through a link on the Site or a link shared by one of our partners or influencers, we receive a commission from the broker, and we may share it with that partner. Our commission can depend on the activity of the users we refer, including their deposits and the revenue the broker earns from their trading.
This creates a conflict of interest: we may earn money when you trade, including when you lose. This is one more reason why nothing on the Site should be read as an encouragement to trade. Our editorial content is not written or approved by the broker.
5. Members’ tools
Access. Optencis Wire, the signals, the free course and the Telegram bot are reserved for users who opened their Pocket Option account through Optencis or one of its partners. Signing in with your Pocket Option ID gives reading access only. Anything that acts on your trading account, or shows your balance or your trades, requires signing in with your Pocket Option account. Access to the signals depends on your deposits: a free trial on the demo account, full access, or a daily demo limit, as shown on the signals page. We may change these levels and limits, change, suspend or stop any tool, and withdraw access, at any time, for example if we detect abuse or if your account no longer meets the eligibility conditions.
Wire ideas. A Wire idea is a short-term trade idea based on market-moving news: an asset, a direction (up or down), an entry time or entry window and a trade duration between 1 and 4 hours, with a summary and the analysis behind it. Some ideas are valid for a few minutes after the news; “trend” ideas can be taken during a window of 12 to 48 hours; “plans” are published 3 to 48 hours before a scheduled announcement and give two scenarios, the direction depending on the figure actually announced. Ideas are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence from public news sources, and checked against at least two sources, or against one primary source such as a major news agency or an official publication. The /wire/ board shows the public story of each idea to everyone; the idea itself is shown only to members.
Signals. The signals page shows short signals of 1 to 60 minutes and ultra-short signals of 5 to 15 seconds. They come from an automated signal engine that applies technical-analysis rules to the broker’s prices, mostly on its OTC assets. They are not checked by a person before publication.
What a signal or an idea is not. It is not advice, a recommendation suited to your situation, or an instruction to trade. Signals, ideas and tool outputs can be wrong, late, unavailable or overtaken by events: prices may move before you see them, entry times are indicative, and the payout rate shown is the broker’s rate at the time and may change. No signal or idea, however strong it looks, guarantees a result.
Measured results. We measure each Wire idea by opening a demo trade (with no real money) on the broker’s platform at the entry time, and we measure the signals from the outcomes recorded by the signal engine. We use these results to inform you and to improve the service. Past results of ideas, signals or strategies are not indicative of future results.
Your responsibility. You decide alone whether to trade, how much and when. You must never trade money you cannot afford to lose because of a signal or an idea.
Personal access. Access to the tools is personal. You must not share your access, or share, resell, republish or automate the redistribution of signals, ideas, bot messages or tool outputs without our written permission. Our public news articles may be shared freely with a link to the Site.
6. Trades opened from Optencis
Linking your account. To let Optencis open trades for you, you give your consent on the signals page and sign in to your Pocket Option account; Pocket Option then gives us an access key to your account, kept encrypted, as described in our Privacy Policy. You authorise us to open trades on your account only:
- when you press “Launch” on a signal;
- while automatic copy is on, according to the rules you set (strategies, durations, minimum payout, amount, martingale);
- during a pack of ultra-short signals that you started, until it ends.
Demo by default. Trades open on your demo account (with no real money). Trades on your real account require a separate consent, an amount and a daily limit that you choose, and may be closed to everyone by us at any time. Changing your account type or your amount stops automatic copy in progress.
Packs and martingale. A pack is a series of 5, 10 or 15 sessions of ultra-short signals; a session ends on a winning trade. A pack stops on a lost session, when the daily limit is reached or when the broker refuses a trade. The martingale, which you can turn on and set from 2 to 7 levels, increases the amount after each losing trade: it can lead to large losses in a short time (see the Risk Disclosure).
Stopping. You can press “Stop everything” or unlink your account at any time on the signals page: scheduled trades are cancelled and the access key is deleted. A trade already open at the broker runs until it expires and cannot be cancelled by us. We may also stop all trading from the Site at any time, for example in case of a technical problem.
No guarantee of execution. A trade may be refused by the broker, opened late, at another price or with another payout, or not opened at all, for example because of a connection problem, a closed asset, an insufficient balance or a change at the broker. Ultra-short signals are only valid for about a second, so these risks are higher for them. You are responsible for checking your account and your trades with the broker.
Telegram bot. The bot @OptencisWireBot sends Wire ideas and signals of 1 to 60 minutes. A member who linked the bot after signing in with their Pocket Option account, and whose account is linked to trade from Optencis, can copy a signal or start a pack from the bot, on the demo account only. The same rules apply as on the Site. Telegram is an independent service; its own terms apply to your use of it. The /stop command stops all messages.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in breach of any law that applies to you;
- sign in with a Pocket Option ID or account that is not yours;
- try to access parts of the Site or our systems you are not authorised to access, or interfere with their security or operation;
- scrape, copy or extract content or data from the Site or the bot in an automated way, except as permitted by search engines’ usual indexing;
- impersonate Optencis, our partners or anyone else, or present our content as your own;
- use the Site to promote financial products with misleading claims, such as guaranteed profits.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (texts, graphics, logos, software, ideas, signals and tools) belong to Optencis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
9. Third-party websites and services
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the broker’s website, and the bot runs on Telegram. We do not control those websites and services and are not responsible for their content, services, security or practices. Using them is at your own risk and under their own terms.
10. Availability
We try to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied, of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or results. We may change or interrupt the Site at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optencis, its partners and contributors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content, including trading losses (also for trades opened from the Site at your request), loss of profit, loss of data, or losses caused by errors, delays or interruptions of the Site, signals, tools or bot, or by the acts of a broker, Telegram or any third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. The version published on the Site when you use it is the one that applies. If you continue to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
