Optencis is an affiliate of Pocket Option. Regulatory status and how we work
At Pocket Option, the platform displays a minimum deposit of $5, and its terms set a minimum withdrawal of $10. Withdrawal requests are processed by hand within three business days, a period the company can extend to 14 business days. Below, the details that matter before you send any money, taken from the platform’s own pages and terms.
The key figures
| Item | What the platform states |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | $5 shown on the home page (the terms allow lower amounts “unless specified otherwise”: the real minimum depends on the payment method) |
| Minimum trade | $1 |
| Minimum withdrawal | $10 |
| Payment methods | More than 50, depending on your country |
| Fees | “No commission” on deposits and withdrawals; your bank or payment provider may still charge, and currency conversion uses the provider’s rate |
| Withdrawal processing | Within 3 business days, extendable to 14 business days with notice, plus the payment method’s own delay |
| Withdrawal method | Back to the method(s) you used to deposit, in the same proportions |
Verification comes first
The platform asks you to verify your account: personal details, plus a document proving your identity and another proving your address. All deposit methods become available after verification, and it is required before a withdrawal can be processed. Do it right after registering, not on the day you want your money: it avoids the most common cause of a delayed first withdrawal.
How a deposit works
- Open the Finance menu and choose Deposit.
- Pick a method: the list depends on your country.
- Enter the amount and confirm. The time to credit your account depends on the method.

A deposit shown as pending usually means the payment provider has not confirmed it yet. Keep the payment receipt and contact the platform’s support with it if the delay goes beyond what the method announces.
How a withdrawal works
- Open Finance, then Withdrawal, and fill in the form.
- Use the method you deposited with. If you deposited with several methods, the withdrawal is split in the same proportions.
- The amount is taken from your available balance at once; the request is then processed by hand.

The platform says you can withdraw at any time, with no amount limit, if you have no active deposit bonus. With an active bonus, the bonus amount is deducted from your balance when you withdraw.
Bonuses: read the conditions first
A deposit bonus adds money to your balance, but it comes with conditions that you must meet before withdrawing freely. If you plan to withdraw soon, or if you do not understand the conditions, decline the bonus. A bonus never changes the math of binary options: it does not lower your break-even win rate.
